The first Capellan unit-production structure i've finished is the Liao Barracks.
The Liao barracks is a building that provides a secure place for infantry to rest and relax during off-duty periods or lulls in a battle. has bunk beds, a mess hall, a training room, a medical facility and rec room.
It is also constructed from ferrocrete, but has considerably less armor than defensive structures and can be destroyed relatively quickly if it is attacked by a mech.
